Build rosters across departments and buildings using templates, staff availability, and qualification checks (such as RSA or First Aid expiry). When someone calls in sick, Find cover ranks available staff who aren't already working or inside a rest gap.
Built-in working-time rules flag potential break, rest-between-shifts, weekly-hour, consecutive-day, and under-18 issues as advisory guidance. Owners control which roles can override a limit—or can turn automated checks off completely.

If you enable the optional building location check for mobile clock-ins, Reparo checks the phone's position once at tap time and records only the distance in metres from the building—never GPS coordinates, and never in the background.
