You can delete your Reparo account at any time, from inside the app, on iPhone, Android or the web. You don't need to ask your employer or contact us. Reparo is operated by Timothy Short trading as Ordo Operis (Australia).
Delete it in the app
- Open Reparo and sign in.
- Go to Manage → Account & settings (for owners, admins and managers) or Profile (for staff).
- Tap Delete account at the bottom.
- Enter your password to confirm.
If you're the only owner of an organisation, you'll be asked to either hand the organisation to another team member first, or delete the whole organisation. Deleting the organisation cancels its subscription and deletes every team member's account.
Can't sign in?
Email support@reparoapp.net from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Reparo account". We'll confirm it's you and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address and password. You can no longer sign in, and the email can be used for a new account.
- Your date of birth, employment type and pay rate, if your employer recorded them.
- Your notifications, device push token and sign-in sessions.
- Your future shifts are unassigned so your employer can re-roster them. Pending shift swaps are cancelled.
What is kept, anonymously
Work records your employer may need to keep, such as maintenance issues you reported or resolved, past shifts, handover notes and team chat messages, stay in your organisation's history but are shown as "Deleted user", not as you. See our Privacy Policy (section 5) for full details.
